INVITATION FOR BIDS

1)  The Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCo) has intended to purchase in various currencies towards the cost of Supply of Distribution Materials. 2)  The Program consists of distribution extension and maintenance works in various parts of the country. 3)  The Ethiopian electric Power Corporation (EEPCo) now invites sealed bids from all internationally competitive bidders of the world to participate in the bid for the design, manufacturer and supply of ABC Cables under the following Lot. v     Lot – 1 0.4 kV Current Transformer v     Lot – 2 ABC Cables. v     Lot - 3 XLPE Low Voltage Insulated Wire & Cables, 0.6/1 kV. v     Lot - 4 15 kV Drop Out Fuses with fuse Links and Lightning Arresters. 4)   Bidders should submit offer for complete items for the Lot. 5)  All local bidders shall have a valid business license and local agents shall have a valid commission agency license. 6)  Bidders shall have prior considerable experience in design, manufacturer and supply of similar size and type of goods as required by the specific tender. 7)   The bid document shall be available from March 31, 2008 onwards against payment receipt of Birr 500 (five hundred) for a lot from the Distribution Administration & Finance.
