Ethiopian Electric Power
Corporation (EEPCo) invites all consulting Architects and Engineers
Category II and above
having;
1. Trade license &
consultancy service certificate valid for 2000 Ethiopian calendar,
2. Ministry of Finance
& Economic Development’s
(MoFED)
registration,
3. VAT registration
(as appropriate)
to conduct consultancy service for the proposed Access Road works of
Halele Werabesa Hydroelectric Power Project.
Required Service: -
The Consultant will be expected to carry out the design, supervise the
construction and administer the contracts of the Construction of the
Access Roads of Halele Werabesa HEPP.
Bidders can obtain the
document from EEPCo, De Gaulle Square /Piazza Room No 207 up on
payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500.00 starting
from May 27, 2008.
Proposals should be
submitted to the following address
on or before 12:00AM of June 27,
2008.

A bid must be
accompanied by professional indemnity insurance from reputable insurance
company.
An organized site
visit will be conducted on June 12-14, 2008. The date, time and place of
the pre tender meeting will be June 16, 2008 at 2:00 PM, EEPCo Club,
Mexico Square.
Bids will be opened in
the presence of bidders or bidder’s representative who choose to attend at
EEPCo Club, Mexico Square on
June 27, 2008 at 2:00PM
The employer reserves
the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to advertise
for new bids or to proceed and do the work otherwise as may be for its
best interest.
