Reference is made to our letter EMPAD/158/2000 in which we informed you to
issue invitation to bid on the website of EEPCO.
As a need is arise to modify the scope of work please amend the floating
period and bid availability period for both MG-1 and MG-2 as follows:-

Bid documents will be available starting from September 30, 2008 at or
after 8: 00 hours local time (8:00 A.M).
Ø
Site visit will be carried on starting from 04, November 2008 and pre-bid
meeting will be held on 11th, November 2008.
Ø
Offers must be delivered to the address given above by November 27 2008 at
or before 12:00 hours local time. Late bids will be rejected.
Ø
Offers will be opened in the presence of bidders/ representatives who
choose to attend on November 27, 2008 at 15:00 hours local time (3:00P.M)
at the EEPCO club.
